- June 26: Academy and AAOE® and AAOP member registration open.
- July 10: Nonmembers registration open
- Aug. 7: Early registration fee deadline. Fees increase Aug. 8.
- Sept 18: Advance pricing fee deadline. Fees increase Sept. 19.
